In 1975, Dannion Brinkley was struck and killed by lightning. When he awoke in a morgue twenty-eight minutes later, everything was forever changed. During this near-death experience, Brinkley was sent to heaven through a tunnel of light. On the other side, he received valuable lessons and spiritual knowledge, which he brought back and incorporated into his daily life. For him, it was a profound spiritual transformation. During the next twenty years, Brinkley had not one, but two more near-death experiences.
